Research into Bach remedies and stress relief
August 2015
The BFVEA - the British Flower and Vibrational Essences Association - has published a pilot study into the Bach remedies.
The study focused on emergency and health service workers suffering from stress, and sought to measure the impact of using the remedies during a trial period.
The outcome was encouraging, in that 73% of the participants who completed the study showed a good reduction in stress levels.
"The results are interesting and I hope they will encourage further, more in depth research," said Sheila Hicks Balgobin, who led the pilot study.
